My Take

The 10% discount for card holders is a nice bonus as always if you plan on doing some shopping at The Bay this weekend. The savings cards is also nice, but very restrictive in terms of the dates you can use it. You only have a 20 day period to redeem it in September, which forces you to shop at that time if you want to use it.

The Deals:

Save 15% on almost everything in store when using your Hbc MasterCard or your Hbc credit card (on approved credit. some exclusions apply. see in-store for details)

Save an extra 40% on clearance-priced women’s, men’s & kid’s fashions and footwear, women’s handbags, accessories, intimates & hosiery, men’s socks, underwear & accessories, sleepwear and robes, luggage, fashoin and sterling silver jewellery & watches. (off the last ticeketed price. Excludes The Room and the West End Shop. Save an extra 30% on clearance-priced Polo Ralph Lauren and men’s & women’s Diesel fashions.

My Take:

A shame that the 15% is only for Hbc card owners, they usually do a slightly lower percentage for everyone else.

This coupon should have come via email if you are signed up to The Bay mailing list. If you are not, what you can do to send this coupon to yourself, or a friend, is click here. It’s for a referral for the coupon, but not to sign up to the mailing list, so you should only receive the one email.

Another Father’s Day deal for men. This is an in-store only promotion for this weekend. I’m not sure if it runs beyond this weekend or not, but with clearance merchandise, the good stuff would probably be gone before the end of the weekend anyways.

I like these types of deals if I shop at the store in particular fairly often and am looking to spend a fair amount of money there on something I need/want soon. I find that trying to make purchases just to get at these deals usually doesn’t work out though.

It’s the one and only customer appreciation day at The Bay on August 3rd (Monday). Spend the day shopping at The Bay and stay away from the dreadful heat wave. However, there are several exceptions (see promo page for details). You will need to but your purchase on your HBC credit card or mastercard and it’s only valid for the first 3 hrs (I believe the store open at 11am that day). Don’t have a HBC card??
