The thing to watch out for is the free shipping, your discount, if you spend close to $100, will actually subtract $20 from your total and you will not qualify for the free shipping.

My Take:

Some merchandise is already discounted, so if you can find something you like already at a discount, the extra 20% is a really nice bonus. Roots merchandise can be somewhat pricey (it’s usually of quality though) to begin with, so bringing the price down is always a good thing.

The 50% discount is already applied, no codes are needed. The discounted price is in red and the original price is in grey.

There is free shipping, but it requires a purchase of $100 or more (before taxes) to be eligible. There is no end date up at present for the sale, so look for the discount while you can.

Originally I thought the shipping was free on any order, but the fine print states it’s for orders of a price of a minimum $100. The banner actually says “any order size” which is quite misleading.
