This is very restrictive as it is for a very limited time only, however, if you have the chance to go today and you are looking for something, it is worth taking advantage of.

The Deals:

Save 40% off in-store on everything when you visit any Gap or Banana Republic Factory Store between July 1st and July 4th. The usual exclusions apply, such as on gift cards or in combination with other offers.

My Take:

These deals are in celebration of Canada Day, so as such the stores might be more crowded than usual, so plan ahead. There should be some great deals to be had if you have a Factory Store for either Gap or Banana Republic near you.

Was passing through a Banana Republic store on Friday afternoon, looking for men’s leather gloves, and noticed several great deals on the men’s side!

• Men’s Long Sleeve Waffle Knits: 30% OFF (Regulary $50, On Sale for $35)
• Men’s Sweaters: 30% OFF
• Men’s Outerwear Accessories (gloves, scarves, etc.): 30% OFF
• Men’s Mini Fragrances: 3 for $18 (excellent stocking stuffers!!)

It could be that there were many more bargains to be had on both the men’s and women’s sides (women’s fragrances were also a good deal!), but I got totally sidetracked when I realized Banana Republic also had promotional cards sitting in piles near the front of the store stating that if you spent $100 or more, then take an additional 20% OFF your purchase price!! If you happen to be purchasing items advertised at 30% OFF, you’ll end up with savings of a whopping 46%!!

I was pretty Dealcetera-delirious by this time, traversing the men’s side repeatedly, scouring sizes, colours, styles and monetary combinations that would elicit the best possible deals.

Was super pleased with my unexpected deals…but as if that wasn’t enough, the cashier also handed over an “All Chic Every Week” Discount Card for 40% OFF two full-priced items good on Monday, December 14th Only!

If you like Banana Republic, tomorrow might be the day for you to shop and pick up that first round of almost half-price bargains AND that great “All Chic Every Week” coupon! Then shop again on Monday with your “All Chic Every Week” coupon for 2 of those full-priced items you were eyeing!
