Susan wrote in to let us know that Petcetera WILL be going out of business. She’s quoted the exact article from her local newspaper and she’s also noted an apparent contradiction in Petcetera’s ad:

In one part of this they say it excludes food, treats & litter but then they list these items with the rest!
