My Take:

If you do basic photo editing this is great free software. It takes and improves upon the basic Paint program that comes with Windows and makes it much more functional and just generally more useful. I’ve been using this software for some time and it is great to resize, crop and convert between different image types among many other features. Best of all it is very easy to use.
