6 of us fixed low income seniors,attracted by your excellent advertising for your “double your dinner summer” promotion did not have as outstanding an experience as we had expected last night at your Calgary Signal Hill location.
We did not voice our complaints to our server who really did her best to cover up the shortcomings but thought you should know about them.
First off we had made reservations for 6:15 pm. but when we got there there was no record of our reservations. However we were seatedrelatively quickly. But then the other shortcomings started. You did not have enough proper napkins so 3 of us had to do with very small paper napkins. After we had placed our orders we were advised that you had run out of rice, and that you had run out of the pork side ribs. So we had to settle for mashed potatoes (although rice only takes 20 minutes to cook and we sure waited longer than that for our meals) and the more expensive “back” ribs. Those of us who had ordered the chicken found the chicken tough and all of us found the food COLD.
We were given our coupons to return for a free entree by August 18 but could not understand why there would only be 2 coupons accepted at any 1 table since that means that only 2 of us could be seated at any 1 table and your seating has no 2 seated accomodation but only a minimum of 4 seated accomodation.

I have just returned to Ottawa from Calgary. My sister and I visited Montana’s in the Signal Hill location. Our roast beef dinners were not warm at all and the seating area was so cold. It was a very disappointing experience; staff listened but were not interested in our concerns. This was our first visit to Montana’s and would certainly not recommend the Signal Hill location to anyone.
