Looks like everyone else are having the SAME problem.
What is the point to send out a contest card with a pin # and haveing no where to enter it???
The 8th day and still haven’t been able to download ANY coupon.

Great prize contest guys! No worries about having to give away any daily prizes since there is no place to enter you pin. Look like I’m having as much luck as everyone else. Look like less people are going with Visa! Hats off Lou Lou.

Great contest indeed ! just another lure to get people to the site. Do you ever answer ? Where to put the PIN no.? I could suggest somewhere!

not easy to enter your contests, have the card, at the site , how does one enter ?? what a waste of time….

I guess everyone gets to pay subscription prices with none of the promises published in the magazine we love so much….or did

No point in sending customers contest cards for the 5th anniversary if you cannot access the site to enter. I was able to enter it for a week & now the last week & it bounces you all over the place. What is the point of it all? I called to find out what was wrong with the site & I got voice mail!

Nice …I can’t believe, but I’m not surprised that you can’t access the website. Not one of us could get in and have a chance to try !!! So disappointed.

So today, I finally get logged onto the site, & it says welcome Sandra & I submit #1 for my 1st chance & when I go to enter the pin number for the 2nd chance,it says, welcome Elsa! - I am not Elsa. This is so frustrating.

Any luck yet anyone? I am still searching….

I agree with all the other people regarding this contest. What a waste of my time. I don’t think I will renew. No where to enter number
