Steps:
1) Purchase any qualifying KitchenAid appliance listed (Full list of appliances and rebates available here) between November 14th and December 31st, 2009 from an authorizedCanadian KitchenAid® Appliance Dealer.

2) Complete the on-line claim form at www.kitchenaid90.ca and submit together with a copy of the appliance purchase sales receipt and UPC code to receive your rebate by mail.
