Jukeboxprint.com recently printed my cards and I was really impressed! If your looking for last minute deals best to check there twitter page: http://twitter.com/jukeboxprintinc

One thing that I must comment on is the customer service. It is really hard to get a hold of anyone during peak hours. I recommend to call there toll free number first thing in the morning or end of the day. Overall a great experience dealing with them.

Horrible experience. Difficult if not impossible to get a hold of anyone during peak hours (like the previous person said). When I sent in person to speak with them and asked for a manager they refused to come out and speak with said. They said they would e-mail me to resolve my problem - that was 3 weeks ago and I haven’t heard a thing. Would never go back there.

I had a terrible experience ordering post cards from there. The first time they told me it had gone into reprint after their advertised 5-7 business days had long expired. I had to call up to get a update on my job instead of them calling me. So I waited another 5-7 business days and now they’ve told me it went missing apparently? I can tell you that their excuses become repetitive. I even asked to the Manager/Owner but he seems to always be too busy to rectify situations like this with his me. Very disappointed and would not return.

HORRIBLE experience. I’ve had about a dozen items printed with Jukebox (many business cards), and have been disappointed every time. Overall, the quality of the cards is good, but be prepared to wait 3-4 weeks for them to arrive (not the 7-10 days quoted on Jukebox’s site). Customer service is terrible - everything is blamed on someone or something else and apologies or even an ounce of understanding is never doled out. There are lots of great printers around who can compete on price with much better service - I won’t be printing with Jukebox again.

I had a great experience!!!. Customer Service was great. I got my cards on time. Quality really good. I will go back to jukebox print again. They are cheap and great quality, what else do you need?

Printed with Jukebox last week and had a great experience! Friendly customer service and my order came in a few days early. I looked on the net for awhile and they were the cheapest I could find. Will definitely be back.

I have ordered business cards on two different occasions and have found their service to be great…no problem with customer service, in fact, when I forgot to send them some information, they called me to follow up.
Will be ordering again from them shortly - price nd quality are great and they always fill my orders on time.

It take soooooooooooooooooo long and that is the reason is cheaper than other print shops, actually they are not, they just make you think is cheaper, also they are not printing it in house,
I’ll not recommend.

I am a graphic designer and have used many print shops in the past. I must say, I have never had as bad an experience as I have had with Jukebox.

First, I requested a quote which was much higher than the website prices advertised. When I questioned them about it, they simply said that it was my error, but didn’t even pull up the quote. I placed the same order online and was 50% less than the quote.
I also needed the flyers for a client’s trade show which the date was clearly on the artwork. I had placed the order 2 weeks before the trade show and it wasn’t ready on time.
Obviously the flyers were of no use to me even though I had already paid and was not offered a refund. I got them printed with another printer within 2 days, albeit at a slightly higher price but with no headache.
After posting it on our graphic designers forum, there were about 7 or 8 other negative comments and not one positive one. It surprises me to see some positive comments here.

I also had a HORRIBLE experience. I started by having the design team help me with a new logo/card design. This took over 4 weeks to do. The first 10 proofs I received, looked like something my 10 year old daughter could do through the Word perfect program. Once I was ok (not satisfied, just needed the business cards, which were paid for already)It took another 3 weeks to get them printed due to them waiting for the orders to fill so they could all be printed at the same time, hence why they are so cheap, the customer services rep replied to me. Ok fine, however I am still waiting & was told in another 19 days they should be complete! What happened to the 7-10 business days???!!! I will NEVER use Jukebox Print again. Completely 100% DISSATISFIED!

check out the filtered reviews for jukebox print on yelp, it’s horrific, funny thing is yelp only publishes the good ones

I placed an order for 1000 digital print business cards with Jukebox Print last Wednesday due to their apparent 1-2 business day turnaround. I needed something quick, so I decided to give them a try. I also like to support small and medium size businesses, which added to my decision to use them.

Unfortunately, they didn’t have them ready for pick-up until the following Tuesday afternoon. So much for that 1-2 day turnaround.

If you need something quick, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

As far as the quality is concerned, they failed in this department as well. The alignment on the back of many of the cards is off, so they’re basically garbage. I’m sure Kinko’s or Staples could produce the same quality, but actually meet time 1-2 day turnaround I needed.

Jukebox print is a very unethical company, they say they print in Ontario, they Lie, they farm it to company in Mexico. They gang up as many jobs to lower cost in shipping. Because of there heavily flawed system they will charge you a penalty to get out of the transaction. Bottom line, they Suck

Javier on 5 October, 2012 at 10:51 am #

I bought some cards from JukeBox, waiting 3 weeks, missed my deadline. I checked there reviews on Yelp and seem very good. What i didn’t realize is there filtered reviews. I blame yelp too, they shouldn’t filter there bad reviews and leave there good one. Check it out. Jukebox print is a 1 star business.

I hope the thread still goes on, JBP sucks

Caroline on 28 November, 2012 at 5:58 pm #

The thread is going on…. In the process of waiting for my third re-print on one of their template designs. Some crap about the font not being good. I didn’t even choose it they did. About to ask for a refund. The customer service is AWFUL! At some point I’d rather pay a higher price for a quality product.

Ordered 3500 cards very high quality and fast, shipped to me for only $82. Unbelievable price and speed. Beats most local price and much better quality than Vistaprint.
