I can’t imagine one free garbage bag to each Torontonian providing any comfort during the unfortunate event, but in any case, Glad has “come to the rescue”.
The Glad Clean-Up crew will be out and about, giving out 25,000 free garbage bags in total on the following dates:

It’s a great idea, and well thought out too. Nothing like a great promotion when nobody can think about anything other then piling garbage in Toronto.
