I saw this advertised on the box in a grocery flyer this week. I checked online for more info & I came across the old promo for vintage shirts I missed out on that one. How strange that there’s no code inside these specially-marked boxes. They’ll probably be getting emails about this since people aren’t finding codes inside these boxes.

I had no problems with ordering, so for those who did, I am wondering:
1) Did you look for the code printed on the inside of the box, not in the bag?
2) Did you enter the code, as well as the security code at the bottom of the online form, EXACTLY as printed? …such as O not 0, A not a, f not 1 (sometimes the letters/numbers are hard to read!)Try again!

For all of you that are having problems when entering your code. I was having the same problem as most of you, it would not except my postal code. enter it in capitals and when i was entering my code, it rejected my code and said it was invalid. Enter your code in lower case, including the letters. after i did this my code was excepted.. now i sit and wait for my t-shirt to wear proudly.. thanks general mills..

I enjoy waking up each morning to have my Multi Grain Cherrios. Love them. Bought one box entered code and I had no problem with the order. I bought another box and found no code inside! Very disappointed I am trying to get one for my husband and two teenage children, supporting the Canadian Athletes is a great way to show how proud we are of them.

There was no code inside my box either. I called, they took the information, said there must have been a printing error, and gave me a code to use. I have ordered two shirts for my grandson and I have received confirmation numbers for both of my orders. I plan to have the shirts framed and will hang the two shirts in his bedroom. He is only two yrs old but this will be a great memento for him when he gets older.I can understand the frustration some of you out there are experiencing as I had the same issue (invalid code) when I placed my first order. Once I realized that I was misreading the code number on the inside of the box and made the recessary corrections, the order went through without a hitch. The second order was easy as pie!! Read the codes carefully (the font used is rather illegible)and capitalize all the letters in the code and you should get things done.

I followed the instructions, i.e., entered my code but the reply was “code used”. It was the code that was on the cereal box. What gives??

No, this website has info on all kinds of ‘deals’, General Mills being one of them. When you type in the website listed on the cereal box, choose the top listing (at least it is on my computer) that says ONLY “C’mon Canada! Let’s Paint the Town Red!”. All those other sites merely refer to the GM offer! On the GM website I see there is a Contact Us section at the bottom, with a toll-free hotline: 1-800-516-7780. The offer is good until October, so I hope all those who have been disappointed so far can still get their free t-shirts! No I don’t work for GM, just trying to help, so if anyone has questions call that number!

I tried to resubmit the order but could not because I had already used my code. So far I have mot gotten an acknowledgement of the order in my e-mail. Hope the order went thru alright. can’t enter my postal code. Every time I try, it changes then tells me I’m entering an invalid postal code, so I can’t continue

my computer won’t let me do ANYTHING so i can’t go on, and my dad has a computer and won’t let me use it for ten minutes evan though he knows how much i want it! every time i ask him he starts complaining about how stuff does not work on his computer, but i KNOW he’s lying. i know 3 times more bout computers than him and he thinks i’m dum anough to believe it. it’s a new vista and everything works but he keeps it away and only uses it himself and it’s a $1,400 COMPUTER! he only looks at harleys evan though we live in an apartment and he has no job and we scrape for money. if the doller store soled food we would never see another store again. the computer i’m on now is 6 years old and bearly starts up without something hapening to it. it’s like this computer makes it’s own viruses and plants them on the desktop. if you read this thanx, i’ll go back to watching t.v and wasting my summer in my room.

You’re lost without it! I see you managed to get on here for a little bit though. I hope you will get more opportunities to come on here and maybe even get another computer for yourself someday. Followed the instructions Do NOT enter using the “ENTER NOW” box scroll down the page and read ALL info to enter select the highlighted sentence “click here to redeem code” it is not that hard!and wala shirt will arrive in 6-10 weeks. Bought four boxes of cereal as soon as it was on the shelves(and it was on sale!), entered the codes (had to go through the process four times for four t-shirts) and really had no problem. I seem to recall an issue with my email but I can’t remember how I resolved it as this was back in early July. The t-shirts are very nice and pretty good quality. If you have a box with no code I would direct inquires to General Mills. Seems there are quite a lot of you. Good Luck.

I have recently bought two boxes of cereal that had the T-shirt ad on them and I have two codes and wanted two t-shirts, one for each of my sons. I came on line today to order those free t-shirts but when I attempt to enter my codes the computer screen is blank. I am not very pleased that I can not acquire the two free t-shirts today. I think that it is very misleading because you did not put an offer expiry date on the box but you had one I can see now that I have accessed your website of Oct. 2009. If there was an expiry date then that should have been placed clearly on the box so we would know that when we purchase the cereal (cereal that is quite costly these days).
