I think these are the neatest thing and ironically enough I first spotted a number of very cute designs lastnight at Icing by Claire’s. They simply hang from any table, counter or desk and the purse hangs right under. The ones sold (up to $15) at Icing hold up to 15 lbs - and yes they actually work, lol. I was quite impressed. Way too cute and worth checking out.

Is it just me or does this look really, really yummy? lol.

I tried to find out what other offers were available throughout Canada by throwing in a few addresses that I had off hand and didn’t quite have much luck.
Participating restaurants in Alberta and New Brunswick appear to be offering only the 100 and 15 Aeroplan promos (as listed above and offered to Ontario as well).
Saskatchewan offered FIVE entirely different promos, which you can check out after the jump.
No luck in Newfoundland. And when looking up an address within Quebec I was prompted with:
This ordering system does not service the province of Quebec. To be redirected to the Quebec ordering system, please click Okay. Otherwise, click cancel to try another address.
When clicking ok I was immediately presented with a pop-up asking if I had a promo code but they don’t appear to offer any on their site. For those in Quebec who have stumbled across any promos you can click here to order online.
If none of these deals interest you, remember that if you decide to dine-in or take-out and present either your SPC or VIP SPC card that you can save 10% off your entire order at regular price.

Thanks so much Daiquiri for posting this great Quiznos Canadian coupon on the forum!
Quiznos’ Baja subs are apparently this summer’s best selling sandwich on their menu. Filled, topped and seasoned with chicken, bacon, cheddar, red onion, mild Chipotle Mayo, sweet and smoky Baja Sauce and fresh cilantro - sounds like heaven in a bun to me.

Here’s a cute promo being offered by Canadian McDonald’s restaurants and a great way to show support for the Vancouver 2010 Olympic Winter Games.
As advertised in the image to the right:
Bring home the spirit of the Vancouver 2010 Olympic Winter Games with one of 5 uniquely designed re-usable aluminum water bottles.
Each 500mL bottle captures winter athletes in exciting sports action poses and comes with a clip to easily attach to almost anything.
only $3.49 each* plus tax
*With any food or beverage purchase. For a limited time only. Quantities limited-vary by design. While supplies last. At participating McDonald’s® restaurants in Canada. Designs offered in sequence. Ask which designs are available. Some designs may not be available.
Considering these rather trendy, eco-friendly, sport bottles are also rather pricey in most stores, at $3.49 it’s also a great buy!
I think the cheapest I’ve seen for generic, solid coloured sport bottles was at Winners / HomeSense for $6 on clearance - but are normally priced at around $10. Anywhere else you’re looking at $12 - $25.
To take advantage of the offer, a food and/or drink item must be purchased in addition to the cost of the bottle. With that said, McDonald’s Dollar Drink Days remains in effect and offers the best value from their menu at only $1 plus tax on any size fountain drink which includes free refills! You’re looking at a total cost of $5.07 (taxes in) for the cost of the bottle and drink.

There’s been a lot of recent talk about SPC promotions; SPC’s Pre-Order bonus, SPC’s Double Up bonuses, Lou Lou’s VIP SPC deal and even Aeropostale’s free SPC card offer with purchase. All GREAT offers! But the true savings are rooted in the SPC card alone as Tara has mentioned within recent comments:
What’s the point in waiting to get the card? you’ll save a lot more than the double or even triple shopping cards if you get the card and USE IT!! The extra promos are great but i’d rather have my card for back to school shopping =)
[...] I bet I saved way more than $30 just in August. I can’t even think why it would make sense to wait. It’s $8.50!!
She’s absolutely right! If you’re a student, while the extra perks are nice, you can save so much more in the meantime. With that said, the new 2009 - 2010 Student Price Card (SPC) can now be purchased in stores.
One of the most common retailers that you can pick your SPC card up at is Shoppers Drug Mart / Pharmaprix, however, you can also purchase in-store at any of the following locations:
.
| 1850 | Hockeys Experts (ON) | National Sports |
| Access | i&F | Pantorama |
| The Bay | FedEx Office | Payless ShoeSource |
| Bench | Fairweather | Pharma Plus |
| Bentley | Foot Locker | Randy River |
| Buffalo David Bitton | Garage | Sport Chek |
| Campus Crew | George Richards | Tip Top Tailors |
| Champs Sports | Jean Machine | Unic |
| Cleve’s | Jovin | Yves Rocher |
| Colacutt | Les Ailes de la Mode | Zellers |
| Designer Depot/Labels | The Levi’s Store |
At only $8.50 + tax in-stores, your SPC card is your ticket to exclusive student discounts and deals at a variety of Canadian retailers and restaurant chains. Simply show your SPC card to save! Note that as a student, you may need to show your Student Card as verification.
Click below to check out a full national listing of all retailers offering discounts or you can click here to enter your postal code to check out your local offers.
