My Take

This is a nice offer if  you plan to pick up a few things from Staples and can get there near store opening. The only real surprising and disappointing exclusion is that of computers, everything else is pretty standard in that regard.

A great time to stock up on some paper for your printer at a low price.  This is only available in-store however and there is a limit of 2 per customer.

Admittedly, I went there to grab some of the Blu-Rays priced at $9.99 (50 or so to select from) and wound up grabbing some paper for cheap too.
