My Take:

The midnight offering is only available at participating stores. The free mice will go fairly fast, so get in line early if you really want one. Future Shop has a similar offer going on at Midnight, except they are giving out headsets with the purchase of the game. The mouse from Best Buy definitely looks like it is the better of the two however.
